Situated within a completely peaceful environment, this lovingly restored six-bedroom Villa has gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside plus Luxury interiors.
What you will see at your arrival will be the beautiful driveway, surrounded by cypress trees, as well as the Magnificent gardens with oak trees, olive oil trees, flowers with rainbow’s colors and Lemon Plants in ancient Terracotta Vases.

^{GROUND FLOOR:}^{The Villa open in a spacious and bright Veranda with Focus fireplace, old stone floors and comfortable sofa where enjoy a glass of local Wine. On the same level, from the Veranda you can access to the Billiard Room with a Corner bar, and to the main Kitchen and Dining Room with fireplace and TV private Room. The floor as well as the furniture are Entirely made of fine wood, in the colors of black and white Which offer to the ambient a pleasant and harmonious contrast.}

^{Through the stone stairs, The Villa First Floor open in to a Spacious living area with a typical tuscan old fireplace and with big and comfortable sofas.}
^{Also this space with its ceilings with wooden beams creates a nice and luxurious atmosphere with all the comforts you may need. On this floor are located also the 4 bedrooms all with walk-in closet and ensuite bathrooms with bath and showers. There are four bedrooms are decorated in equally charming fashion and have beautiful views of the landscape. There are three bedrooms with King or Queen beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. A special note is due to all the Villa’s bathrooms, made of fine and valuable material knows as Travertino Marble.}

^{THE GUEST COTTAGE}

^{There are two extra bedrooms are located in the guest cottage which is adjacent to the main Villa. The cottage consists of a kitchen with dining area two bedrooms with shared bathroom with shower. One bedroom has two twin beds perfect for children. In the other bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed.}

^{The Villa’s Masterpiece is the Swimming Pool together with the heated Jacuzzi. Walk down the stone steps to the pool with a fragrant landscaped garden that offers the perfect place to relax and cool down on a Tuscan summer’s day.The swimming pool overlooks in to the Chianti countryside and will provide you with unforgettable memories of Tuscany. By the pool area our guests can also enjoy the Barbecue for their Dinner Al Fresco. A true Tuscan experience wouldn’t be complete without a SPA. Entrance is located on the back of the Villa and the SPA take the entire Villa Lower Floor. A really piece of paradise in the hearth of Chianti: Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi will be always at Guest disposal.}
