Located in Praiano, a charming former fishing village situated between Amalfi and Positano, this spectacular property is only a 5 minute, leisure walk down the main coastal road to the center of town boasting all the local facilities – butchers, fruit & vegetable shops, grocery store, post office, bank, and the local, coastal bus stop for Positano, Sorrento and Amalfi.  The local beach is located within walking distance from the villa. The beach has various nice restaurants, also the famous night club L'Africana.  Villa Pompeii’s secluded position, high above the coastline, makes this property the envy of its neighbors and offers guests a truly strategic position.

This stunning, two story property has direct access from the main coastal road.  The villa was recently entirely rebuilt and transformed into a modern and luxurious residence with utmost care.  The villa’s location, its furniture, and facilities are of extremely high standard.  Many details are designer items from Dolce & Gabbana and Philippe Starck to name two, as the property is a beautiful mix between modern and antique and period furniture.  The villa features 4 suites each differing in style and color and all boasting private en-suite bathrooms. One of the suites accesses  a private, super-panoramic terrace where the furnishings change with anything from couches to sunlounge chairs to bench seats.

Two spacious, bright and tastefully furnished lounges, here modern design blends harmoniously with vintage fabrics, antique furniture and arches and frescoes decorate the vaulted ceilings in delicate pastel colors. The living area boasts with inviting fresh luxurious comfortable white sofas, a table, and a large, flat screen Satellite TV. There is a courtyard with chairs and tables and a second living room with sofas overlooking the indoor pool. The second living room (the room with

frescoed ceilings, sofas, with indoor cactus garden, satellite TV and

Dolby surround system) can be transformed into a 5th bedroom with

either twin beds or  queensize bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, when needed.  This means that Villa Pompeii can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

On the right of the corridor lies the Master bedroom suite kept in stylish black and white, with vaulted ceilings, terrace overlooking the sea, bathroom with tub. The modern, fully equipped kitchen leads out into the dining room.

15 steps up from the main entrance white wooden stairs bring you to the first level that enjoys 3 double bedrooms. The bedrooms have en- suite bathrooms and wonderful coastal views from their windows & balconies.  Satellite TV with flat screen, air conditioning, and safes are among the facilities found in the bedrooms.There is also access by an internal staircase to a beautiful roof top terrace with cushions for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent coastal views.The floors have large white ceramic tiles and several ceilings have hand-painted decorations and special lighting.

The property boasts a beautiful indoor pool with hydro massage chromatic therapy set in an area with hand-painted vaulted ceilings.The heated indoor spa pool is 5 x 5 meters with a depth that goes from 1.25 meters to 1.75 meters. The wellness indoor spa features a temperature controlled pool with chromo- therapy, hydro-massage and waterfall.

Swimming pool:

The property also features a lovely, outdoor pool, making this one of the few properties in Italy with both indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor, heated pool is 6 x 5.5 meters with a depth hat goes from 1.25 –1.70 meters (non chlorination system).

The property has direct access from the main coastal road (no steps). Parking: 1 car parking space in front of the villa available on request.
