Outside is a beautifully furnished covered terrace has seating and dining areas and a built-in barbecue; steps lead up from here to the infinity swimming pool, a full 18metres long, served by a pool house with shower room; and a second outdoor stairway climbs to a romantic little roof terrace with panoramic views. Cook service could be added for an extra touch of luxury, and Villa Luna is just a five minute walk from the Hotel Romazzino, where villa guests are welcome to enjoy facilities including the beach, water sports, bars and restaurant.

BEACHES: Spiaggia del Principe is just 10 minutes walk and is one of the most beautiful of the Costa Smeralda with bar on the beach but no water sports

STAFF: Maid service 4 hours per day, twice mid week and Saturdays • Linen and towels change mid week and Saturdays

COOK: A cook can be provided to cater for breakfast and 1 main meal a day, 6 days a week for 1,180 Euros per week, food and beverage costs payable locally. Please note that this service is subject to availability and needs to be booked far in advance. The cook would be resident in the staff annex at the rear of the property not overlooking the terraces or pool. We can inquire on cost of individual meals and sample menus if of interest.
