This gorgeous two-bedroom apartment is at walking distance from the Arc-de-Triomphe. The Palais des Congres de Paris (Palais Maillot) is very close by and La Defense is 10 minutes away by metro. The residential area is nicely animated with many restaurants and shops. 

The closest Metro stations to the apartment are Charles-de-Gaulle-Etoile, Ternes, Porte Maillot and Argentine. "Velibs" (Paris bikes), buses and car rentals are also easily accessible.

Located on the 2nd floor of a former Hotel Particulier without lift, giving on to a lovely paved courtyard planted with trees and bushes. The access is made safe by two coded-doors.
The building itself, the stained-glass windows of the stairway, the paved courtyard and the impressive entrance hall of the apartment building with its incrusted ceramics are quite beautiful. 

The apartment is very luminous and most of a all, very quiet.

This sumptuous 1140 sq ft apartment has two separate bedrooms and can sleep up to four guests.

It is L-shaped, from the entrance hall you will reach both aisles. 
The aisle giving on to the courtyard features the living and the dining rooms. A wide corridor leads to these two rooms. Note that you can also cross the dining room to reach the living room.

The living room features a comfortable couch, a coffee table and two beautiful designer seats. Thanks to its large windows, this room is very luminous and very pleasant.
The dining-room is spacious, it features a dining table for six people and the stained-glass windows are quiet impressive!

From the entrance hall, in front of you, you will access a corridor leading to the bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and the toilets. The first bedroom has two single beds 80x190 and a wardrobe for your clothes. Note that the two beds cannot be put totally side by side to form a double bed because of the wooden bed base.
A lovely wooden desk has been installed, but more in a decorative purpose as it is too small for an adult.

The second bedroom comes next. You can access it from the corridor or from the first bedroom.
It has a double bed 140x200, a desk (from where you can actually work !), and three closets.

The equipped kitchen is located in front of the master bedroom. It features a table that will be perfect for your breakfast! 

The bathroom, bright and luminous, also gives on the corridor. It has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The washbasin and its beautiful king size mirror are quiet lovely!
The toilets (with a washbasin) are located in an independent room accessible from the entrance hall.
