The house has its own swimming pool (5m x 10m) located on an amazing panoramic terrace which faces west towards the sunset, overlooking the vast valley below and the rooftops of Cortona perched on the hillside nearby

The house has 5 double bedrooms and 4 fully equipped bathrooms which have been recenlty renovated. There is a fully equipped kitchen and iPod docking station, CD player with music libary and Wi-Fi internet connection available.
