It is 5 kms from the colorful market town of Umbertide and just 3 kms from the nearest village with shops and services.  Southern Tuscany is an easy day trip with the towns of Cortona and Arezzo under an hour's drive away-  Siena, Pienza and the wine town of Montepulciano are approximately 90 minutes drive - Florence is approx 2 hours drive or  a 90 minute train ride from Perugia. 

There are plenty of opportunities for viewing local wildlife, as the estate is also a nature reserve and farm. * Upon request the beds in the green and red bedroom can be"kissed together" to make a wide double bed.
** Yellow bedroom 2 is on the ground floor, other bedrooms are on the upper floor.
